Bill, this pedal was made some time between 2002 and 2007. I do repair pedals for a flat rate shop fee, plus return shipping. If you want to fix the pedal on your own here are some tips that might help you. Make sure the power supply is unplugged when working on it. Take the hinge bolts out, and separate top and bottom halfs of pedal. Unscrew the plastic nut holding the wire connection at the pedal. Push the wires inside the pedal. There are 3 wires to connect: White is a minus 12 volts. Green is plus 12 volts. Black is ground. Inside the power cord there is a red wire that is plus 5 volts, it is not used and taped off. Don't let the red wire touch anything. Also inside the power cord there is a bare foil wrap, and a bare twisted wire--do not let either of these touch anything. If these wires touch the metal of the pedal there will be noise. If these bare wires touch any powered wire it could burn out your power supply. If you make a mistake there are two fuses that protect the circuit. If you blow the fuses you will probably need to send the pedal in for repair. If you can't get the pedal fixed and want send the pedal to me--email me for instructions before sending me the pedal. Thanks Keith Hilton
