This is a great deal folks. Keep in mind if you don't want all the levers or pedals you could resell them, leaving you with a smokin deal on a carter. I would be on this but I just traded for a carter d10.

Michael, thanks for the kind words about my Carter...it is a great steel...I wouldnt sell it but that I am going down to a SD10...if I found a Carter SD10 I would go for it. Thanks again for the support and I agree I thought I would have it sold by now!

Why will you only sell it in CONUS?

I have never shipped anything out of the country and I dont know anything about fees for doing so, etc. Ignorance on my part, I know, but just trying to keep it simple. If you have interest, and can enlighten me, send me a private email, it might be easier than I think. I know I wont send it overseas under any circumstances. I would worry about its safe arrival the whole time, and not worth it to me. Thanks for your inquiry.

couldn't agree more..next thing ya know someone will want to know what kind of strings are on it ! :)

I have an 04 Black Carter D10 9+8, will never part with it...this is one heck of an axe..

If someone is interested they should just buy it, there is enough music on this thing to last a couple of lifetimes. It's a great axe....

Thanks guys for your input on the Carter steel...I am getting more responses, but nothing definate yet. You guys are making me think I should keep it !! haha
But I am not going to do that...going down to a SD10 and just my lap steel for the C6th stuff...save some weight and wear and tear on this ol' body ! Thanks again for every ones input.

Carter

Post by Bobby D. Reed »

That Carter is worth hundreds of dollars more than this price. The most under-rated guitars out there are Carters. I'm a good mind to take it myself although I have 2 of them. If I do it won't leave here for that kind of money.I have 12 D10's for sale and I play a 9&7 Carter just like this one except for being maple on the aporns. Ask Tommy White about his Carter. Thanks for letting me voice my opinion....Bobby
