Amazing Lap Steel Only $500

Post by Zane King »

Hey folks! Here is a comment I just got from the new owner of one of these fantastic lap steel guitars that my Dad has been building.

Zane King I just got in from Alabama trip. This lap steel is incredible. Please tell your Dad thank you so much for the guitar, wonderful handwritten note and pieces of candy. I smiled. Plays like glass, sounds bright and has a little attitude. String spacing is on the money and string height is great. The craftsmanship is meticulous. Hands down a badass, one of a kind custom lap steel that plays and sounds as good as it looks. I can't thank y'all enough for his guitar. Please tell your Dad how pleased I am. Put me in line for the next series of "Z Sliders".

Here is one for sale right now! $595 includes a hard shell case and shipping to the lower 48.

If that guitar sounds as good as it looks, you have a masterpiece. That's just plain beautiful!

David - please email me at zaneking@me.com - I will put you in touch with my Dad. He would love for you to come by. He has many guitars ready to display. You will love seeing his setup.

For that matter, anyone else who wants to come visit the budding steel and lap steel guitar factory here in Nashville give me a call. You will love the hospitality of my folks. My mom bakes about every day and Dad builds guitars! Come on over! :D

Zane, Isn't that the one played in the youtube demo you put out when you first shared these guitars?

The lap steel arrived today and OH my! What a sweet thang!
You were right, Zane. I love it.
I assume your dad made the case as well. He's quite the crafstman. Please tell him I said so.
All in all, a well thought out, well executed instrument, and a lot more guitar than you have a right to expect for the money. Thanks!
Now all I have to do is tell my wife about it. Fortunately, she's a sucker for really nice wood.
