A Big Hello to everyone,
I did this entire video backing track and pedal steel. Let me know what you think, regardless (as always) whether good, bad or indifferent! I appreciate all comments.

Very, very nice.
My good friend from the past. All I can say is I love it.
Beautiful song, and you do a wonderful job playing it.
Great Emmons sound and your playing is very smooth.
We both still enjoy playing that real pretty traditional
music we played years ago when we lived very close.
Keep up that great pickin' and hope to see more soon.
Before long, I'll put something new for you to watch.
PS: Still looking for Dave Martin if you ever see him.

That is really pretty steel guitar. I for one appreciate slower, soulful playing. Really nice --- and what a pretty guitar!

Hi Matthew,
Thanks a whole lot. My Emmons is a 1998 one owner (until I bought her from her original owner) Billy Dunn, who ordered her new from Emmons through Larry (Whimpy) Sasser, an Emmons dealer at the time. She had never been worked on since leaving the factory until after I bought her. I gave her a good going over and brought her back to where I felt she should be. She is a darker Blue than shows in the video. I think it's called "Midnight Blue" and she's much prettier in person and now plays like a dream.
Thanks again for taking the time to respond and glad you like my video and my Emmons.
Your friend,
Don

Hi Ronnie (Bishop P. Hall)
Thanks for your kindness to an old man. The fact is, you made my wife tear up when she read what you'd written.
You my friend, turn out tunes faster than a Rabbit has litters. "Now that's really quite fast"
Fact is, if I were as good at my style of playing as you are in your style of playing. Well you know the rest!
Keep up the good work my friend.
