Right on! Thanks Guys. I did get an email with a question about the position markers, The colored diamonds are Corian inlays with super glow inner diamonds. The whole fretboard and other celluloid is wet sanded up to 2000 grit and buffed.

Exquisite work Scott! I love innovative designs such as the bar holder. I've also been admiring some of your other 6 string builds with the OBEL on another forum. Maybe I can get an appointment next time I'm in Santa Cruz.

Very nice. Any plans for a 8-string?

Thanks Don, Thanks Bob!
Don, for sure look me up next time your int town, shop visits are always welcome.

Bob, no plans right now, although I should! I have been getting that question pretty often.
The bridge has been designed pretty heavily around that pickup. So going at it with 8 strings would mean a new bridge design, which sounds fun, but is gonna have to wait for a bit.
