Does anyone know a ball park price that would be reasonable for a 1994 solid mahogany Tut Taylor? I played one several months ago and thought it was great for the price. Hard to find them though and I saw one listed for sale but it seems way too high. Thanks.

Depending on the condition, anywhere from $1000 on up. Usually I see this listed as "Crafters of Tennessee" in the range of $1500 or so.

Thanks Brad ... yeah, I was thinking of going to take a look at this one since it is down the road from where I work but it probably isn't worth it given the asking price ...

Bought my TTT from a forum brother a few years ago. I paid $800 if I remember right. Wonderful guitars and very undervalued in the used market.

Rick, if it's this one on craiglist, it wouldn't hurt to check it out and see how firm the price is. You might be surprised.

That's the one (Chapel HIll area) ... I'm not in hot pursuit of another Reso right now, but I'd like to check it out ... as I get more into this instrument, the "call" for just one more might take effect ...

I am lucky enough to own one, was able to buy it from the original owner. Awesome sound and playing - at the time it was built the price was around $4,000. Quality to the "nth degree" and worth every cent. Good luck on your hunt. If I was interested in another $1,400., would not be out of the question, know what they are, IMHO.
