I have a beautiful 12 string remington with 3 foot and 5 knee pedals with case, works great.
Prefer cash would take $1250 plus shipping or consider trade for compatible value 10 string. Really need too sell to buy another guitar.willing to sacrifice for $1100 shipping included or make offer I will consider a little less (wanting to use money to buy another guitar).
