I want to publicly thank Harry Jackson for going through Bryan Adams' old Sho-Bud Fingertip that I have now. He switched the guitar from Day to Emmons set up for me and adjusted it. Also sharing some old Sho-Bud stories with me that are priceless. _________________ Zumsteel steel guitars, Telonics and Peavey amplifiers, GHS strings. |

Took her for a spin at Robert's Thursday. The building she was born in 48 years ago.

How great is that, Mike, to be able to gig her in the window of the shop where she was made? Synergy! _________________ Stop by the Steel Store at: www.markvanallen.com

She is a sweet sounding guitar that's for sure. It turned the heads of the few steel players that came in. _________________ Zumsteel steel guitars, Telonics and Peavey amplifiers, GHS strings. |

David and Harry Jackson are class acts. I've been in Harry's shop when he set up the Jackson Blackjack Custom for me and David just put the most beautiful custom lacquer finish on my G2 that I've ever seen. They both have forgotten more about Steel Guitars than most steel guitar makers will ever know. Thanks Harry and David for taking such good care of your customers............clark |

Harry Jackson and David Jackson also built my Jackson Blackjack Custom in 2010, and it is such a wonderful guitar. Tone to the bone for sure! They sure do know how to build and work on wonderful steel guitars |

Mike,
I remember sitting in Robert's with Brian one night a few years back while you were working. We had a "large time"! Brian thought a lot of you and I believe he would be proud you took the old Sho~Bud to its point of origin for a test flight. |

B.A. was a dandy! He was like family. And I think he would have gotten a kick out of me taking it in there too. _________________ Zumsteel steel guitars, Telonics and Peavey amplifiers, GHS strings. |

Son, we live in a world with walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with steel guitars. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinberg? |

Thanks Herb and Bob. It is a cool old guitar. I'm gonna take it back to Robert's next month when I play with Dave Cox again. It won't get as much bandstand use as my Zum but I will play it out once in a while. _________________ Zumsteel steel guitars, Telonics and Peavey amplifiers, GHS strings. |
