LKV: lowers strings 5 and 10 to A#
LKR: lowers E's to D#
RKL: raises string 1 to G#, lowers string 6 to F#
RKR: lowers string 2 to D/C#; lowers string 9 to C#
Pedal B splits with knee lever G (RKL)
