Peter explains the process of creating the album is that he gives the basic tracks --ac.gtr./vox -- to LDG who then composes and records the steel parts. From there, the additional overdubs, albeit subtle, are placed to finish out the arrangements. So, the steel really shines and is essential to the delivery of each song.
