A few years ago, amongst my very first posts were plea's for information on Howard White, it was his early works on lap steel that inspired me to start. Such is the wonder of our community that I had the great privilege of meeting Ruth last year at the home of my then new found friend Billy Robinson. A great lady who obviously understood my love of her late husbands work. Billy I had met thanks to the efforts of the late Rick Alexander in helping support the Dallas showcases.
