Invitation To The Blues

Post by Shawn Renoll »

Hey guys, this is my first sharing my playing with the forum. Shy I guess Haha.
Anyway I thought I'd give it a try. The track that I used is from Buddy's half duzin course. the first half of the or most of the first half is from tab and after the guitar part I just wing it.

Thanks

Shawn, the only thing I can say is "That is FANTASTIC"
Reminds me of my playing days in Pa, back in the 80's
when I think I was playing about half as good as you do.
Hope to hear a lot more great playing from you soon. :D

Shawn I liked that a lot!! You have a nice tone and you played the song with seemingly little effort.
I liked the rhythm track as well.Is that a Newman track?

Thanks guy's, I appreciate the kind words.

Bent, That was a Buddy Emmons track from his Half Duzin course, thanks for the comment about my tone, I never think its what I want.

Carl, "fantastic" wow I never thought I'd get a comp like that , thank you. I always look for new videos from you, I love the sound of your Ritts, Keep'em com in

Jason, Thanks, I really enjoyed your video too.

Roger, Invitation is definitely one of my favorites too, unusual for a guy in his 30's maybe, but it's what I listened to grown up. I'll see about posting some more

Thanks again
Mose
