To answer some question's on Pedal set up.
The floor Pedals are Emmons. Knee's are as follow's
LKL Raises 4 & 8 E to F
LKR Lowers 4&8 E to Eb
LKV Lowers 5&10 B to Bb
RKL Raises 1st String F# to G# Raises 2nd String D# to E and Lowers 6th G# to F# with the split to G.
RKR Lowers 2nd to D-C# and 9th to D
