On July 21 and 22 I am playing shows in Canmore and Calgary with the amazing Andrea House (www.andreahouse.com) The band also features Dana Wylie (www.danawylie.com) who is a brilliant and well regarded singer/songwriter in her own right, and Andrea's longtime guitarist and producer, Chris Smith. Over the last few years I've had the great good fortune to play pedal steel guitar with these folks in various configurations, and also to play steel on Andrea's latest cd, "The Same Inside".
We are playing at the Ironwood in Calgary (http://ironwoodstage.ca/) on Sunday, July 22, 2012. Because it is a Sunday you can expect the show to start reasonably early - likely at 7 pm.
We are also playing just down the road in Canmore on Saturday, July 21. The Canmore gigs are at the Carter-Ryan Gallery and Live Art Venue, 705 Main Street, at 7:30 pm (http://www.carter-ryan.com/live-art/). It looks like a cool place.
This mini-tour is part of a series of gigs we are doing leading up to our appearance at the Edmonton Folk Festival in August.

| One change to report - the Friday Canmore show is not going ahead. Saturday is still on, as of course is Sunday night at the Ironwood in Calgary. |
