Thanks Erv.
While you're sending stuff, do you want to send a few others too? Hate to waste a stamp for one song. Whatever you want to do is fine.

My latest Country Classic tab is: "My Heart Cries For You".
This song was written by Percy Faith in 1950.
I never really considered this song to be "country" until I learned that it was a big hit for Gene Autry and Jo Stafford in the '50s.
Who knew!

My latest Country Classic is "Till The End Of The World".
This song was written in 1948 by Vaughn Horton and originally recorded by Jimmy Wakely.
Subsequently it was recorded by Bing Crosby and Jim Reeves.
It is not the same song as done by Skeeter Davis.

My latest Country Classic was written in 1957 by Claude Demetruis and made famous by Roy Orbison:
"Mean Woman Blues".
It has been recorded by a number of other artists also, including Elvis Presley.

Post by Terry Sneed »

Hey Erv, your tabs are great. When are you goin to offer tabs for some C6 Gospel tunes? Like>
Just a closer walk with thee
Peace in the valley
Will the circle be unbroken
Or any of the old Gospel songs that would sound good on C6. :)

Terry,
It will be a while before I take on C6th tabs.
I've got a bunch of gopel songs to work up in E9th.
I just purchased a new hymnal, "The Celebration Hymnal" and there must be at least 50 songs I want to do.

Joseph,
I'll keep an eye peeled for your PM. :D

My latest Country Classic is another one from Roy Orbison.
It was written in 1964 by Roy Orbison and Bill Dees:
"Oh, Pretty Woman".
