This song was one of maybe two stand-out British rock and roll records when it was a big hit for Johnny Kidd & The Pirates (1960); the other one has to be Cliff Richard's 'Move It'.

I don't know much about Jack White, but he certainly has a cool old Gretsch Round-Up here! I wonder who's playing the red Sho-Bud - does anyone know?

I'm sorry, Wanda IS a legend, but I think that's just lame. The band if flaming, and she looks like what she is - an old woman playing spring chicken.

I couldn't agree with you more - it's a bit embarrassing from that point of view. I was simply posting the link because, a) - there was a steel player on newtwork TV and, b) - I loved the look (and the sound) of that Gretsch!

Yep, Loretta looks like she either had nip-n-tuck, or they used some smooth-skin filters for the video.

Roger, Jack's guitar is indeed great sounding. And it's great to see steel on such a rocking number, with horns, no less!

you guys are so lame to even say one disparaging word about an artist like wanda jackson. lets see what you are doing when you are in YOUR 70s. sitting around wondering where you put your dentures probably and bitchin like little biddies!

thats a great song she did and not an easy one. i applaud everything about her being there and performing.

I didn't say anything disparaging about Wanda or Loretta,Wanda is & will always be an icon in the "Rock-a-Billy" genre & I admire her efforts but .........

The steel player is named Rich Gilbert. He lives and plays in Nashville. Great guy.
