Ray, that song has been on my mind lately. Here is a YouTube with Billy Cooper and Buddy Charleton doing it. I have a Zane Beck and Julian Tharpe LP somewhere that I'm going to dig up that has this on it. Really pretty song.

Beautiful tune. That's the one Buddy Emmons played at the steel convention in 1977.
Billy Crash Craddock...right?

Can find no record of this being recorded by anyone other than Craddock and Buddy Emmons and Buddy Spicher on the 1977 lp "Buddies"
