Looking to move my 1917 (or thereabouts) Gibson A model mandolin. It's in pretty decent shape for a nearly one hundred year old instrument. The pictures give a good indication of the overall condition; the pickguard has a broken corner and its bracket is a little loose. Comes with the original bridge (pictured) and a height-adjustable replacement bridge (not pictured). I tend to use the height-adjustable bridge to get the action a little lower. Frets are original and are in decent shape. Original case (in fair condition) and tailpiece cover included.
Looking to get $1000. As far as trades go I'd like to get a double humbucker set neck guitar; solidbody, semihollow, or hollowbodies considered! Something along the lines of an Epiphone Elitist/Orville Les Paul, 335, etc. I'm open to ideas, so try me!
Please PM with any questions/offers, and thanks for looking!
