Stereo Steel Preamp and Nasvhille 400 connection question
I wanna just use the SS and speaker of the Nashville and bypass the amp electronics. Is there a way to do this without rewiring or having to tear into the amp head?

I'll tell you what I used to do when I had a Walker SS combo.
When traveling to regional steel shows where NV400's were provided, I would use a Y cable from the headphone jack of the SS and run the mono ends to the pwr. amp ins of the 2 400's for a stereo connection. This gives you all your front end and whatever fx you have in line to your preamp.
I talked to GD Walker about this and he agreed that it would work OK. He also gave me another routing, but I've forgotten what it is.
You can always call him for advice. He's always willing to help and talk steel.
