PoFex II Question

Hi,
I have a ProFex II that I have had for a while, I bought it on this forum, I am gonna sell it. But before I do I have a couple questions. I opened it up to make sure there was no Bleeding or Corrosion. There is none
at all it looks real clean but the chip has writing on it. It says: Profex II V1.4 118 4008. Dose anyone know if this means it's been upgraded in any way. The other question is it's in good condition works great and I have a card full of presets with it. What would be a fair price for the both. It dose have a bit of road rash but not that bad.

I'd appreciate any help with this, Beings I am not to sure.
