J.B. Estes R.I.P.

Sacramento Western Swing Society Hall of Famer J.B. Estes passed away this morning at Lodi Memorial in California. J.B. played bass, fiddle, drums, guitar, and clarinet. He and his wife Lotte worked together for many years with a 6 piece band called The Virginia Street Band. There will be a celebration of his life next month in Stockton, CA.
Friends and family of the Sacramento Western Swing Society will miss his easy laugh and his passion for the music. He was like a brother to me.
