Gene Watson in Ireland

Anyone going to see Gene Watson on his forthcoming tour of Ireland from Wednesday 2nd August until Wednesday 9th August?

Also , does anyone know if Gene is playing with his regular band including Corky Owens on steel or is he using local musicians?

Either way should be a great show & I plan on making the last gig on Wednesday 9th August at the Tullyglass hotel, Ballymena.

If we allow Gene to return to Texas at the end of the tour can you please send across Jake Hooker, Justin Trevino, Dale Watson, Miss Leslie & her Jukejointers, Bobby Flores or any of the other great Texas musicians who still know how to make real country music, I am sure they would be well received.

I got an e-mail from Corky a couple of days ago. He said he is going to Ireland.
