Thats a cool one Kevin and looks to be in very nice shape.
The licensed by Miessner Inventions Inc plate on the headstock is a pretty interesting story too. Basically they were a company in the 30's that thought they owned the patents on all electrified instruments. By threatening costly legal action, they bullied several manufacturers into licensing deals.
