Albert and I are looking forward to taking a day off and driving down to the JAM. We plan to arrive in plenty of time to enjoy the catfish.
Jack Daughtry has agreed to play two different Sho-Buds to conduct an A B test. One will be the Black Beauty with TrueTone 18,500 pickups and wood necks. The other will my Pro-III with identical pickups and aluminum necks. The same amp and volume pedal will be used. It should be intresting. Looking forward to seeing all the guys again.

Sure would like to be at the jam. We were in Ocala last month. I looked up Catfish Johnny I played steel for him in the 70's doing the road thing. It was good visiting with him and seeing ol Amos again after 20+ years. We'll be going to Ocala more often now so I'll get a chance to meet everyone and hear some steel. Say a big hi to Johnny. Thanks BOB

It was a good night at the club jam. It was great for me to get out again and dummy me I went off without my picks, but Don Sulesky came to the rescue with a spare set of Nationals.
Nice to see Connie as like several that come to the jams she has to travel some to get there.
Possum, great to see you out in your motorized "possum machine" and to Richard Roach in his motorized "roach coach".
For the middle of summer we had a nice audience turnout too.
Bill Shearer's "new" rebuilt Sho-Bud looked and sounded great too. Albert did a fine job. The Aluminum neck Sho-Bud sounded good too.
