A very sad day at MSA...........

Post by Reece Anderson »

I received a call from Kyle Bennett who is head of production and a principle of MSA, and he informed me that his father, Stan Bennett, passed away at 12:20 pm June 9th.

Stan was the kindest, most considerate, dedicated, honorable, loving, and giving Christian man anyone would ever hope to meet. He was like a second father to me. Stan is survived by another son, Sonny Bennett (MSA head engineer) and their sister Jan, who lives in Colorado.

I will forever be indebted to Stan and his entire family for the many lessons I’ve learned about life, and faith.................

I respectfully ask that the Bennett family be kept in your thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.

Very sorry to hear that news. I don't think I was ever introduced to Mr.Bennett, but I have heard Johnny say good things about him many times. I will include the Bennett family in my prayers.

Reece, I know this is a tough loss as I know you thought & spoke very highly of Stan. Just know that all of you are in our prayers as you go through this loss. Please let the Bennett family know we are with them.

As you and I both know, this is only a temporary loss and hopefully, focusing on one day being reunited will shorten the greiving process!

God Bless!!

Reece,
Please extend Yvonne and my condolences to Kyle, Sonny and Jan. It was such an inspiration to have the opportunity to meet and talk with Stan when I was in Dallas. May God Bless you all!

My condolences to Kyle and everybody else at MSA. Kyle, if you're reading this, I hope it helps you get through this difficult time, to know that your father made a difference. The world is a better place because he passed through it and built all those wonderful steel guitars.
Please visit my web site and Soundcloud page and listen to the music posted there.

I just read of Kyle's dad passing away, and wish to extend my sympathy to the family and also to you Reece. I know that it is very comforting knowing that he was a strong Christian man, that left a great example.
