Something different

This is a work demo for part of a modern dance piece I'm scoring. Its a pretty fun and challenging project.

Here is the first part where it sounds a little more like music. Its just a quick read through for dance rehearsal purposes. Actually we could use some music rehearsals .... oh well.

Cool stuff, Bob! Sounds like it can stand alone, sans dance, but I suppose a video would be even better.
Any chance you'll be putting this on - or putting out - a new CD?

Really nice Bob! I enjoyed listening to the music, your harmonic sensibilities, and the way you deal with pulse. It's heartening to hear you doing this kind of music again.

Best of luck always.

Thanks guys ! Sorry the performance is sorta crappy for the work tape. Hopefully the performance will be stronger. The move to Austin is working out for my own music. I'm not under the same financial stress here so I have time to care for some of the sounds in my head. I do miss the players and scene in NYC for new music though. I'm slowly building a circle of musicians here that is looking very fertile.

There will be plenty of documentation of the event coming up. I'll post whatever happens.
