Look into keyboard bags. I got one for my Dual Professional and it works fine.

I purchased a keyboard gig bag from Musician's Friend for a double-neck Magnatone Lyric. I cut and used foam to pad it. Reduced the weight and could carry onto airplane. Worked out great. Cool

Look into breakdown shotgun cases at sporting goods stores/websites. All sorts of sizes and qualities and generally cheaper than music stores.

These work for my single steels including legs:

I get mine from Midwayusa.com

There are several sizes and styles of these rifle and shotgun bags, so you should be able to find on that will fit the Remington. The better ones are made vey well and are pretty tough, so they should hold up well as a gig bag.

I would highly recommend checking out these softshell cases.

Ken is an awesome guy to work with, and he does fantastic work. I have three of his cases. One for my Weissenborn, one for my Rickenbacher and one for my Dual Pro. They all fit the instruments like gloves.

I believe the Clinesmith guitars can come with these cases.

Check your local music store for a Fender Squier Mini-Strat gig bag. Most laps fit and they are only $30 new.

When I bought my excellent Harry Shepard 'Harbor Lights' guitar it came in a Martin Travel Guitar bag. Does the job fine. Just a simple oblong bag with handles and zip.

Hey Ray, If you mean the Martin Backpacker gig bags I totally agree. I've bought three of them and they are great! They also have a shoulder strap and a front pocket large enough for a volume pedal. Not really fully padded but usually under $30.

That's the one Gary. At that price you can't complain and they do the job.
