It sure sounds like a Fender & Moon had it on fire

I could listen to Moon for a long time & never tire hearing him play..

Man, that's some great stuff. I love it !

It wouldn't surprise me if that was his home made steel, the one that pre-dates the Fender, which he used on the early Buck Owens recordings.

Whatever it is, it's great.

That song was cut in 1965. I was playing lead guitar for Jack Tucker at the time. Moon was playing his Fender 1000 on this one. His tone was stellar at the time.

Nothing like getting it from someone who was there
at the time it happened. The singer had me fooled too.
