Im looking for Mullen pre RP 1994 tuning machines replacement. This are specials, because of the tuning machine inside the Keyhead. If anybody have some information, let me know.

I believe that those particular keyheads were fabricated by Del Mullen himself. Try contacting Mike at Mullen Guitar Co., he should be able to supply any information that you require.
