Cajun Pickin'

Post by Justin Cormier »

Thought some people on the forum would like to see this. Someone took video of us playing at Randols one night. Never a dull moment with that band! :D

Great sounding band Justin,
but the camera operator needs to learn how to adjust the iris or brightness
on the camera, or brighten it up some with a video editing program so we can
see all the great players in action. Seeing the players, makes it more enjoyable.

I don't know if we are closely related but we are bound to be somewhere down the line. All the Cormiers came off the same boat...

You're off to a great start Justin. Your playing swings. And that's a necessity for any good musician. I look forward to hearing future clips.

Yes, indeed. Dat dere Cajun steel is the funnest steel to listen to. If that music doesn't get your dancin' feet to moving, then nothing will. Beautiful, and fun, playing there, Justin.

BTW, Justin, all the Hodge's came off the same boat... we just landed in South Carolina. I think that we should have been on a better boat, like the one bound for Louisiana. Have a beautiful LA evening.
