Santo is playing the back neck of his 3 neck Fender here. I saw them in American Bandstand back then and seem to recall him playing the middle neck.

That looks like an older Epiphone from Kalamazoo, Michigan. (Based on the unreadable logo on the headstock) I may be wrong though.
