Great tone by both
That’s one good looking outboard rack you have their David.
I have no idea what I’m looking at but it sure is impressive.
I take it that is Johns new SS Fender he’s playing through.
John how does it compare to the Ultralite, besides the weight difference?

Hello Susan.
Susan, many thanks. It's really spooky that you replied to my thread. I absolutely adore your playing on good girls gonna go bad. I have listened to it a few times. Funny enough, it's a track myself and my partner Fran have been playing at gigs lately. I prepared a track not long ago. I had the rehearsal with John last night where we done Pure Love and a few others, and tonight, I fancied a play outside in the studio with the Telonics and tweaking a few levels and things, and I thought I would have a pick at Frans song. We have already recorded it for a future CD but I know she wouldn't mind me picking along with it. So as I type this, it is being uploaded to YouTube. There's no link yet, as it will be a couple of hours uploading.
Keep up the recording yourself Susan, let's see a video maybe soon?
Michael, yes, it really is the Rolls Royce of PSG amp and PreAmp.
John is loving his Ken Fox amp. I finished work yesterday at 1730pm looked out the window and there he was sitting outside with Texas, my dog, waiting for me. He was about an hour early getting here. We had a pick like we do every Thursday and he told me he just loves playing through it, it didn't matter what I put on the iPod, we just rattled a few off. I think he is going to change his name to John Fox.
Ken, if you're looking at this, he keeps on about getting the reverb head next.
All good fun. That's what it's about.
Keep picking..

Wonderful tone
Gentlemen, truly wonderful work - both of you.
David, you clearly have the PRE1000 dialed in dead center now, this is exactly the way it was designed to work! Was Mark's hand in the pie?
Now to see how it and its PA2000 stereo power amp does for you on the live gigs. I have a feeling you will peel the paint off the walls.
You two are making musical history, these are truly classic works, we all so enjoy the effort you invest to achieve the elevated level of your playing.
And I'm sure Ken is as proud as a new parent - who would have thought that an amplifier could make you play so incredibly well John....
Keep it up!
Dave
PS I should never have said that about John, now I think I’m in for it……
