I Want You I Need You I Love You E9 Elvis Song

Post by Roy Thomson »

For anyone lookin' for steel solos somewhat off the
norm why not try some Elvis Songs?

I took a rough "whack" at this one to see what potential might lie therein?

Hope it is of interest to one or some. :)

Very nice, Roy! You should consider recording that with a backing track. That's one of my favorite Elvis tunes. It really captures the 50's vibe. Great job.

I like it! I reckon quite a few of Elvis' songs would translate well onto steel.

Elvis tunes!

Well done, Roy. I've got an arrangement of Elvis' "Can't help falling in love with you." that I want to learn to play. Looks like I will need a G knee (F#s to G) to play that properly.

Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the comments!
Good suggestion Doug. Unfortunately I am not set up to do Back Up Tracks but it would be nice.
