I needed a Hilton pedal shipped quickly; Fred got one out to me the same day after taking time to figure out the different shipping option costs.
Fred, my elderly neighbor who keeps an eye on the neighborhood accepted the package from the UPS guy; I brought her a blueberry pie from the deli for her trouble, and we're all happy.
