Yeah, I'd agree with Rose. They're very nice guitars based on the little bit of playing I got to do at the TSGA.

Thanks for the good words...
I really wish I'd been on a little more relaxed schedule that weekend. I was really looking forward to playing a little with everybody. Sunday morning would have been a great time to do that, but I had to beat it back to Austin and work all day Sunday to get electric guitars ready for a little exhibit last week. My goal for next year is to have more time to spend enjoying the great music and to be able to join in more.

Finally...some sound samples posted on my web site:

http://www.allisonguitars.com/audio.html

I hope you'll all forgive my sometimes clumsy noodling...the tone possibilities come through as well as the distinct difference in the two types of bodies.
I realized, also, that I was rushing though the samples of of the alder bodied CCC and didn't let the strings ring and sustain like I did on the Ash Woody.
These samples will have to do until we can get some more extended recordings done and posted.

Thanks
J A

I'm sorry that I didn't get to spend some time with your steels.....sometimes we're just caught up with what we have to do.....hopefully next year.....

Is Nathan Fleming from Austin?.....it would be nice to have him at the non pedal sessions....
