My new '09 Rains 8x6

Post by Jack Ritter »

Just got my new to me '09 Rains yesterday from Duane's Music and sure am proud of it. Great tone, plays great, and very well made. Can't send pics with my camera or would have. Duane is a fine Forum member to deal with.
One happy Okie!

I sat and salivated over that guitar for weeks, but couldn't begin to justify it! Looks like a winner to me. Hope you have a great time with it.

Congrats Jack, I hope you enjoy the Rains as much as I enjoy mine. A great guitar. Duane is great to deal with and a very nice guy.

Let me add my congrats on getting your Rains. I know you got yours from Duane and of course, he sells some of the best and best looking "new to you" steels! :) Now, on another positive note; your BIG TUNING WRENCH will fit that Rains! :D Carl

Jack, don't you think you might need to bring the Rains over and leave it with me for two or three months and let me "work" on it?

Jerry, if I ever need any help with anything on it, I guarantee ya I will be on may way to see ya and you can keep it and "work" {play} it long as you want. I always enjoy seeing you and Carlene and our visit. I always learn something. I really like the Cryogenic Pearse bar I just got. Jack
