Any useful steel application at all for one of these? Lots of power in a cute, light package, but I suspect the tonal tweeks aren't great.

Hey, Ken,
I have the Jazz Ultralight...same package as the acoustic. I posted about it the other day on a post about the small amps and heads that are being offered.
Here's a link to it.

I hope that leads you to the correct page.
It's a great little amp with effects built in. 2 channels and you can hold the pre amp with 1 finger and even the speaker with one finger. I bought it to take on the road to take to dressing rooms and practice, but I just never did.
Terry Bethel and I cut Burning Memories at my house a while back and I used that little Jazzmaster.
Only con....they're not cheap! And the effect parameters are not adjustable. You can use delay and reverb at the same time...you just have to decide between the short delay or the long and how loud you want it.
Perfect amp for rehearsals, churchs or small venues.
