I believe that is a Franklin. The fretboards are not Carter. Looks like snow flakes or something (can't remember exactly what Franklin uses). The logo looks like a Franklin. Also, the Ped-A-Bro on the top neck makes me believe it's a Franklin.

That clip has been discussed on here a few times and as Hook & others stated it's a Franklin. I have the same fretboard on the Franklin I use.
