I love Billy Knowles.

Is he a dealer for Emmons?

If so, that tickles me. Now maybe I can get some parts I need.

Praise Jesus, I did not know this. Wow. And yes, "ditto" to all the above.

Spent the afternoon today with Billy at the Gene Watson concert. Proud to call him my friend. Ricky, thanks for throwing the gig my way last night. It was a lot of fun!

Let's see some pics of the new Emmons. Is it Derby Red, by any chance? Glad everything was good in Fulton, JP.

I have bought Emmons parts from Billy. He is a dream to deal with and is as straight as it comes. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for replacement Emmons or ZB parts. Yes - is is an approved Emmons dealer.

Billy Knowles, whom I consider a true and trusted friend, has many brethren here in Forumland, if y'all know what I mean. Trust him to get a good guitar in the hands of a grateful player.

Jim, congrats on a real beauty and if it sounds half as good as it looks, you've got a winner! Thanks for the info you've given me also. Enjoy "Big Red"! Wink Carl

Billy, if you can stand getting just a little bit more "blushed", I wanted to chime in and thank you again for the work you have done on my S10 p/p.

After the excitement of getting it wore off some, I realized I didn't know beans about setting it up, tuning the changer, etc. and still don't. But, I discovered I live 45 miles from a true Emmons guru through this forum. She's doing just fine for me and if I can ever figure out how to link a song I played it on I will post it.

BTW, I'm still saving my pennies to have you put that 4th knee on it.
I just hope Santa Claus is a steeler who reads the forum! Best wishes Billy.

You will not find person with more knowledge, nicer, better to deal with, or more ethical, than Billy! He is the best thing that has happened to Emmons in a long, long time. He has rebuilt serveral of my Emmons guitars, and they were factory perfect when he finished with them.
