This Pac A Seat with the foldng legs is sturdy and the vinyl has no tears and vinyl is in like new condition. There is a Sho-Bud logo, see separate picture and it fits on the seat. It will be shipped with it on the seat. Everything else is there. I would say the seat is an 9 out of 10 in appearance.

I have a seat just like that! It used to have the logo, but one day it fell off, or ran off. I also had a friend who upholsters motorcycle seats reupolster it with a couple more inches of high density foam, and now it is sooo comfortable, I don't mind people not knowing its a sho-bud seat!
