I believe I got it as a VHS (it must be around here somewhere) and transferred it to DVD. Here's a taste someone put on YouTube:

I believe it's out of print, perhaps occasionally available on eBay or Amazon. If there are no plans to reissue it (Tommy?) I'll make you a copy.
