Hi Everybody!
I've been reading this great forum for the last 2 years and am amazed at the vast amount of knowledge on display!
I've been playing guitar since I was 7, but didn't even attempt steel till a couple years ago (I'm 53, now).
I've been able to glean so much from reading (and listening) to the posts on here. I think I've read them all!
Many thanks to all- especially: Basil Henriques, Mike Neer, Bobbe Seymour and the late, great Rick Alexander.
What is a good hosting site I can use to upload some of my recordings?

Welcome to the forum! 
I use Media Fire to host files most of the time(http://www.http:mediafire.com/). I recently found picosong.com but haven't tried it yet... |

I'm new at this, so bear with me!
Part of the allure of recording Hawaiian tunes (besides the great compositions) for me, is that drums aren't absolutely needed! I'm able to record all the parts myself.
Attached is only my second attempt at recording steel. I was planning on doing a solo towards the end, but kind of liked the simplicity of the steel chords alone.
If this link doesn't work, please advise!

That was on a 52-Fender Dual-Pro in C13.
I bought it from Bobbe Seymour and had new pickups made by Jason Lollar. It had been previously re-painted and re-chromed.
I recorded through a POD-xt into Cubase LE.
Martin HD-28-VR, Fender Jazz Bass Clone , & Lanikai Concert Uke!
I hope to do some more soon!
