My 14 month daughter threw my peterson flipper tuner into the cats water bowl, yes it was completely under. Oh well...

Take it apart as much as possible and let it dry out completely before testing again.

You could send it in to us for repair.
We've had a lot of success repairing the many flood damaged tuners from Sound Check in Nashville.

I let it dry it seems to be fine, I can say the strobe-flip is nice but not child proof!!! At least not 14 month proof!!

A loopy-loo guitarist accidentally dropped ours into Puget Sound some time back, if we could only recover it then we would have the definitive answer to this question...
