Would anyone know who the steel guitar player for Billy Currington is, and would he/she be a forum member. Thanks Bob

Bob, I think the last time I saw Billy on TV, he didn't have a steel in the band. Paul Franklin plays on his records, though.

I don't think Billy has had a steel player in his road band since I played with him a little back in 2003 when he was just getting going. I think it was 2003?

Dave & Brett, thanks for the info. Our band is doing a couple of Billy's numbers. "People are crazy" & "Pretty good at drinking beer". Great stuff...Bob

I played a few shows with Billy at the end of 2008 on steel and dobro. Doug Collins, one of his guitar players, plays some lapsteel, but Billy doesn't carry a pedal steel player.
