Folks, I just cant say enough about my new amp hero Ken Fox! I recently got a 65-66 Pro Reverb from my long time guitar mentor Tommy Holder (of Rockabilly Bobby Brown and the Curios fame). It was in sad shape electronically and a REAL shock hazzard but it sounded nice. Ken went thru the amp - replaced the bad speakers (non original wrong ohm speakers) - replaced the missing reverb and tweeked it out to perfection! It came back Saturday and i took it straight to a gig. 1st chord on my sixer and i nearly wet my pants, and it sounds really really sweet with my steel too. This baby sings like you wouldnt believe! Tone Tone and more Tone and power! THANKS KEN!!!!!

P.S. - the clone of the celestion 30's sound better than any celestion 30s or jensen reissues i have played through and theyre not even broken in yet.

Those are Veteran 30, Guitar Warehouse speakers and they are just awesome!

Did the grill cloth as well on the amp and lots of parts! She was mess.

Tone to the bone when I got her done. Makes me want one, bad!!

Nice work, as usual Ken. The Pro Reverb is one of my favorite all around amps. Great for guitar and pretty good for steel if the venue isn't too large.
Almost a Twin, but sweeter.

Ken right! I didnt explain very well how sad this amp was when you got it or how much you did to it. The channel mod is awesome too. the best of 2 worlds. I should also say that the cab looks a lil roughed up and dirty because I asked you to leave it that way for vibe and mojo. But the sound! ohh man! Ive played thru quite a few twins - vibroverbs - deluxes etc thru the years and this kicks them all into the dirt and wont take any crap from alot of bassmans either. Its just a very special amp that had Ken's special touch put on it.

Ken has worked on many of my amplifiers, everything from vintage all-tube amps, hybreds, and all solid state, and everyone of them came back as a real gem! Ken's work and knowledge is absolutely incredable! I've been more than satisfied with everything he's ever done for me. This guy truly does go the extra mile for all of his customers!

James, I should have known! Your amps are tone MONSTERS. Danny Clyde and Frank, I knew I wouldnt be alone in praises for Ken. He spent time on the phone even to talk about the amp and what i wanted from it and sent clips of different speakers to listen to. Surely the man has a stash of magic Fender and Peavey Dust that he sprinkles on these amps Very Happy P.S. Danny, I love your strings.

Every amp I gig with has Ken's mods and tweaks done to them. Thank you Ken for making me sound good. I always get compliments on my tone. Even the wrong notes sound good. : )
