The Florida Steel Guitar Club's April 2010 Meeting/Jam will be Wednesday, April 14th, CR470, Lake Panasoffkee, Fl. (our regular Meeting/Jam place).
Come early and support Catfish Johnny's Restaurant before the jam.
The FSGC Club holds monthly Meetings/Steel Guitar Jams the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
The Jam runs from 5:30 until 8:30...
Lake Panasoffkee is exit 321 on I75, approximately 60 miles west of Orlando and about the same distance north of Tampa.

Hi, Wensday should be another good one, with a little persuasion I may bring my new Multi-Kord by Harland, sure sounds good, needs work but plays just like it is, no pedals, 8 strings. May add a picture of it tomorrow. C6 tuning, takes me back a few years.

Lou Rochelle called me last night and he got his new Rains Steel Guitar. I suspect Lou will be there this month with his new guitar.

We should still have a good showing at this jam as not all the snowbirds have left for the cooler temps.

If Ernie does bring his own steel this time it sure would help move things alone some, but at his age we give hin many liberties and lots of love.
See you all on wednesday.

If I could get some help with lifting may amp and steel it would ne nice.

Thanks guys for your support of our club and Catfish Johnny's resteraunt.

Don when Bobby gets thru playing he gets up I sit down, 5 others players pass down the line, then it is my time to play, I play and am ready with no waiting at all, Where is the lost Time, I fail to see your point here there is no lost time at all, I play as soon as the last player plays.
Maby you can explain this to me and everone else.

A nice turout for the jam, but sadly several of the steelers will be heading north for the summer. We wish them a safe trip north and the same for the trip back next winter.

Ernie didn't disappoint us, he had another "new" steel with him. His latest acquisition a Multichord (without pedals).

Last night was "forget" night. Lou Rochelle had his new Rains SD-10 guitar but forgot his volume pedal. Larry Lorrows forgot his amp. I guess that tells the age of some of us Devil Laughing
