Wonderful CD!!!

Post by Bill Simmons »

This is a terrific steel guitar CD!! I was excited to hear one of my all time favorite instrumentals and steel guitarist playing -- "Hammin' It Up!" I wore out the ol Strangers 'LP' and eventually lost it back in the early 70's learning (trying) to play it but always was missing something.

A couple years ago at the Dallas show, Mr. Hamlett was kind enough to come to our Rains Steel Guitar booth and showed me what I was missing...man what a treat to watch him play it the right way!

I encourage everyone to get this CD...

Make Sure You Get One

Post by Red Kilby »

Norm will be at the Steel Convention in St.Louis Sept 3rd thru the 6th 2009, and I will just bet that you will be able to get an autographed copy from him out there.

He will be all over, but they have them for sale in the GFI Room, and Pat , Norm's wife has them with her too.

So do yourself a favor, and pick one up from The Steel Guitar Hall of Fame Member, Norm Hamlet.

YOUR GONNA LOVE THIS ONE!!!!!!!

Post by Chuck Huffman »

Ater having Norm's new CD for a while now, I just wanted to let others know what a gem this album is. Norm picks that GFI like Only he can, "PERFECT". He selected excellent songs for this CD and some of my favorites, "Hamin It Up",and "Ridin The Frets". Do yourself a favor and get a copy in St. louis.
