My loving wife has passed in abilene tx.

Post by Bill Mayville »

Fri. night was very calm in the Hospice ward.
My daughter from Las Vegas laid in bed with her for her two last days.It is like life ends ,at the end.
It is like my backbone has collapsed.
I am so glad the pain endured is gone.I know she is in a much happier place.
I never ,ever, thought I could miss her this much.Goodbye darling.

Bill....
Having known you and your "SWEETHEART" for more than 30 years, I can only tell you that my heart reaches out to and your lil' girl....

You know of my regards for both of you...she WAS and IS a "Classy Lady"!!

She always laughed a lot when I was around... probably at us and it will take a while for the sadness to wane...but I'll do my best to do dumb things so YOU"LL have something to laugh about!!

Hang in there and know that you have a lot of friends "Pullin' & Prayin' for you!!

I have to chuckle...at how long ago it was that you took the picture of me sitting at my Sho-Bud playing at the "Moose Lodge" in Sonoma that I use here on the Forum!! (Or was it an "Elks"...That was so long ago.) :\

Your "OLDER" brother Jack!!

Bill, I am so sorry for your loss. I have never lost a spouse but I have lost my mother. Both are extremely painful. You are going to need the Good Lord to help you and your daughter during this most difficult time. May God wrap him arms around your family and give you comfort that he can only give.

To Thank Everyone

Post by Bill Mayville »

Hi to all my friends.

Thank you for all the letters.
I can't believe so many of you are so kind.My daughter and son-inlaw were here at the time.
I don't know if I could have made it without them being here.

Thank you again for all the support, and by the way.
With help, like this ,the sun starts shining, and you start to notice that it shines for me also.
