Does the number of views in a thread mean the amount of people who have read the thread or listened to a song ect.

| No, it only reflects how many looked at a thread to see if there was anything of interest to them in it. Some may even have visited it just to mark it "read", without bothering to read anything. |

Some BB software can actually detect when the thread starter enters the thread and then does not add to the 'view count'. I don't know if that is the case with what is in use here. b0b?

Just curious, and thanks for the info.
My thread Rittenberry tone has 790 hits. I'm thinking surely not that many have listened to this song.
