Mullen D10 Red Lacquer
Mullen D10 Red Lacquer
1996 Red lacquer with wood necks and front panel inlays.
Bill Lawrence 910 on the E9, stock Mullen on the C6. (I still have the stock E9 pup).
Polished pedals and knees, standard 8&4 Emmons setup.
Absolutely mint condition-no chips, dings or scratches. The pedals and levers have no wear on them. The deep rich red lacquer is not reflected in these flash photos.
This guitar has great tone, smooth action and stays in tune.
Case is in excellent condition.
Kept in cool non-smoking environment.
I prefer not to ship if you're close enough to 77868.
$2900 and includes shipping in the lower 48.
No trades please.

I've seen and played this guitar and it is just as described. Beautiful and plays like a dream.

Chris, I think if you knew the price, you'd change your mind. It's quite reasonable for a lacquer Mullen in this condition. and, if you are in the market, you might want to contact Larry.

The changer on this guitar?
Larry, the changer looks like an emmons with the pins that the ball end of the string slip on. I thought all Mullen changers were slotted for the string to fit in. Or do they make the Lacquer guitar changers different? Maybe my eyes are foolin me. Emailed for price.
Thanks
Terry

John, the old saying, "everything is for sale at the right price" also comes to mind. Seriously, if you are interested in this Mullen, I know the seller, I know the guitar, and I know the price. Just email Larry and he'll make you a good deal. No mystery here.

The price is very reasonable!
I am pretty sure this is NOT the actual guitar Doug owned. I think he made the recording in the late 1980s and this guitar is a 1996 model. BTW, I briefly owned the actual guitar Doug used on that album and I sold it to a guy in Canada. As I recall, it did not have polished pedals. I sort of wish I had kept that guitar.

Beautiful guitar and bet it plays great. No offense Larry R., but you would stand a lot better chance of selling it and save us and you alot of hassle if you posted the price if it is for sale.
